Honey on the streets of Kosovo
Svetlana was born in Bosnia, lives in Serbia and works in Kosovo. Every week, she makes a very long trip to her work in Kosovo, where she also helps the strays on the street, together with a few more volunteers. One such a litter contains little girl Honey. They are now 4 months old and receiving their vaccines to help them survive. But last week, Honey was ill. She was brought to the vet straight away, where they shortly feared she had caught Distemper. But thankfully it was “only” Pneumonia. Now, Honey receives all the medication she needs and will soon be returning to her siblings on the streets. We hope, one day, people will consider giving them a home.
